This one-click fibre optic cleaning pen dry-cleans the end faces of 2.5mm ferrule connectors (SC, FC and ST), both on patch cord plugs and inside adapters and patch panel ports, and is rated for over 800 cleans. Push the green tip onto the connector or into the adapter and press the body: the tip turns 180° as it wipes a fresh length of fine fibre filament across the end face, and a click tells you the clean is done. No alcohol or wipes are needed to lift dust and debris, which makes it one of the quickest fibre optic tools to carry on every job. A tethered clear cap keeps the tip clean between uses. This listing is the 2.5mm pen; LC and MU connectors use 1.25mm ferrules and need a 1.25mm pen.
