Where is my order?
Every order ships tracked. Enter your order number and email on the tracking page, or open the order in your account to see where it is.

You can cancel any order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, sale items included. Use the cancellation button on your order page or email us. We refund everything you paid, including standard delivery; you pay the return postage unless the item is faulty, which is always covered.

You can cancel any order until 14 days after it arrives, for any reason. If it hasn't shipped we stop it and refund you in full; once it's on its way, you send it back after it arrives. To change an order, contact us before it ships.

Standard shipping is free on orders of £75 or more including VAT, after discounts. Otherwise you pay the actual shipping cost for your items, always shown at checkout before you pay. Items that ship separately always carry their own cost.

Pay by card at checkout, as a guest or signed in. Prices are in GBP including VAT (21%) by default, with USD and EUR and an ex-VAT view one click away in the header. Payments run through Stripe, and approved Pro accounts can also pay on NET-30 terms.

Yes. Bulk price breaks apply automatically as quantity goes up, and Compel Pro members get flat member pricing on everything. You always get whichever deal is better.

Do you supply trade, contractors and businesses?
Yes. Compel is an industrial and MRO supplier for trades, contractors, workshops and manufacturers - not a consumer DIY store. Businesses can join Compel Pro for member pricing, priority order handling and NET-30 terms.

Standard shipping is free on orders of £75 or more including VAT, after any discounts. Below that you pay the actual shipping cost for your items, shown at checkout before you pay. Some large or heavy items ship separately and always carry their own shipping cost, even on free-shipping orders. Need it sooner? Priority handling is a paid option at checkout, priced by weight and destination.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping cost depends on the destination - the UK, the US, Europe or the rest of the world - and the cost and delivery time are shown at checkout before you pay.

Prices are shown including VAT (21%) by default. Use the inc VAT / ex VAT switch in the header to see net prices; the VAT line is itemised at checkout before you pay, and a VAT invoice is emailed automatically once your order is paid.
Are your products genuine, brand-name stock?
Yes. We stock genuine tools and parts from trusted brands such as Makita, Bosch, Milwaukee, DeWalt and Festool, alongside quality industrial and MRO lines.
What is your returns policy?
You can cancel any order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, sale and clearance items included. We refund everything you paid, including standard delivery, usually within 3-5 business days of receiving the item back. Faulty items are always covered.
