Where is my order?
Every order ships tracked. Enter your order number and email on the tracking page, or open the order in your account to see where it is.
Track your orderHow do I return something?
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return on unused items in original packaging. Start it from the Orders page in your account. Sale items are final sale; faulty items are always covered.
Returns policyCan I cancel or change my order?
If it hasn't shipped yet, contact us quickly and we'll try to stop or change it. Once it's on its way, you can return it after it arrives.

Standard shipping is free on lighter orders of $59 or more. Small light orders ship for a flat $3.99, and the exact cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Pay by card at checkout, as a guest or signed in, in USD, GBP or EUR. Payments run through Stripe, and approved Pro accounts can also pay on NET-30 terms.

Yes. Compel is an industrial and MRO supplier for trades, contractors, workshops and manufacturers - not a consumer DIY store. Businesses can join Compel Pro for member pricing, priority order handling and NET-30 terms.

Standard shipping is free on orders of $59 or more (before discounts) up to 2 kg. Small, light orders ship standard for a flat $3.99, and express delivery is available at courier rates. The exact cost is calculated by destination and weight at checkout.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery rates and times are set by destination zone - the US, the UK and Europe, Australia, and the rest of the world - and are shown at checkout before you pay.
Shipping & deliveryIs VAT included in the price?
VAT is added at 21% on top at checkout where it applies, and is shown clearly before you pay. A VAT invoice is emailed automatically once your order is paid.
Are your products genuine, brand-name stock?
Yes. We stock genuine tools and parts from trusted brands such as Makita, Bosch, Milwaukee, DeWalt and Festool, alongside quality industrial and MRO lines.
What is your returns policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return, and refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of us receiving the item. Sale and clearance items are final and cannot be returned.
