What shipping costs
Standard shipping is free on orders of $59 or more (before discounts) that weigh up to 2 kg. Small, light orders ship standard for a flat $3.99.
For everything else, shipping is calculated at checkout by destination and weight, with no jumps: heavier parcels pay less per extra kilo, and adding one small item to a free-shipping cart never snaps the cost from zero to full price. The exact amount is always shown before you pay.
How long it takes
These are typical transit times once an order ships. Most orders leave our warehouse within a day or two.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide. Rates and delivery times are set by destination zone: the US, the UK and Europe, Australia and New Zealand, and the rest of the world.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders leave the warehouse within a day or two. Standard transit is typically 10-20 business days to the US, 8-15 to the UK, Europe, Australia and NZ, and 12-25 elsewhere. Express cuts that to 1-7 business days depending on destination.
Is my order tracked?
Every order ships with tracking. You get the tracking number by email when it ships, and you can follow it on our tracking page with your order number and email, or from your account.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
International orders can attract customs charges depending on your country. Any such fees are set and collected by your local customs authority, and customs checks can add a few days to delivery.
