What shipping costs
Standard shipping is free on orders of £53 or more (before discounts) that weigh up to 2 kg. Small, light orders ship standard for a flat £3.57.
For everything else, shipping is calculated at checkout by destination and weight, with no jumps: heavier parcels pay less per extra kilo, and adding one small item to a free-shipping cart never snaps the cost from zero to full price. The exact amount is always shown before you pay.
How long it takes
These are typical transit times once an order ships. Most orders leave our warehouse within a day or two.
| Destination | Standard | Priority handling |
|---|---|---|
| UK & Europe | 11-18 business days | 5-8 business days |
| US | 13-23 business days | 5-10 business days |
| Australia & NZ | 11-18 business days | 4-8 business days |
| Rest of world | 15-28 business days | varies by country |
Times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs can add a few days on international orders.
Delivering to the UK
Compel Group is a UK-facing store run by SIA Behind, a company registered in Latvia (Reg. No. 40203718836). Orders are dispatched from our international warehouse and travel cross-border to you, tracked from dispatch to your door.
- Delivery time. Standard delivery to UK addresses is typically 11-18 business days once your order ships; Priority handling is 5-8 business days. Most orders leave the warehouse within a day or two.
- Prices and VAT. Prices are shown in pounds sterling including VAT (21%) by default; switch to ex-VAT in the header if you buy for a business. Checkout and your invoice itemise the VAT.
- Import charges. Because orders travel cross-border, HMRC may apply import VAT or duty to some consignments. Where that happens the courier collects the charge before delivery. We do not control, add to, or refund those charges, and we recommend checking the current HMRC rules for goods bought from overseas before you order.
- Returns. UK customers have the same returns window as everyone else, and faulty or misdescribed goods are always covered.
Tracking your order
Every order ships tracked. You get the tracking number by email the moment it ships, and you can follow it two ways: on the tracking page with your order number and email (no account needed), or from the Orders page in your account.
Order a lot? Compel Pro members get Pro priority handling on every order, so their orders move to the front of the line.
Common questions
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on orders of £53 or more (before discounts) up to 2 kg. Small, light orders ship standard for a flat £3.57. Above that, cost is calculated at checkout by destination and weight, and you always see it before you pay.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide. Rates and delivery times are set by destination zone: the UK and Europe, the US, Australia and New Zealand, and the rest of the world.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders leave the warehouse within a day or two. Standard transit is typically 11-18 business days to the UK and Europe, 13-23 business days to the US, 11-18 business days to Australia and NZ, and 15-28 business days elsewhere. Priority handling cuts that to 5-8 business days for the UK.
Is my order tracked?
Every order ships with tracking. You get the tracking number by email when it ships, and you can follow it on our tracking page with your order number and email, or from your account.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
Orders travel cross-border, so some consignments can attract import charges depending on your country. Any such fees are set and collected by your local customs authority (HMRC in the UK), the courier collects them before delivery, and customs checks can add a few days. We do not control or refund them.
Are prices shown with or without VAT?
Prices are shown in GBP including VAT (21%) by default. Use the inc VAT / ex VAT switch in the header to see net prices, and the currency picker to switch to USD or EUR. The VAT line is itemised at checkout and on your invoice.
