Shipping & tracking

You pay the actual shipping cost for the items in your cart. The exact amount is always shown at checkout before you pay.

• UK. Each product's own shipping cost.
• US and Europe. Each product's own shipping cost to that region. Where the supplier has not quoted one, a careful estimate for the item's weight, never less than the UK cost.
• Rest of world. The higher of the US and Europe costs, never less than the UK cost.

Most items pay shipping once per product in your cart, whatever the quantity. Standard shipping on them is free on orders of £75 or more including VAT, measured on the goods total after any discounts. This applies in every currency, converted from pounds.

Large or heavy items are marked "ships separately". Each unit travels as its own parcel, so their shipping is charged per unit and always applies, even when your order is over the free-shipping threshold. Ordering many of them? Ask for a freight quote.

These are typical delivery times from order to door. Orders ship from our international fulfilment partner, and checkout shows the expected arrival dates before you pay. Priority handling is a paid option at checkout, priced by weight and destination, and is never free.

Times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs can add a few days on international orders.

Every order ships tracked. You get the tracking number by email the moment it ships, and you can follow it two ways: on the tracking page with your order number and email (no account needed), or from the Orders page in your account.

• Delivery time. Standard delivery to UK addresses typically takes 9-23 days from order to door.
• Prices and VAT. Prices are shown in pounds sterling including VAT (21%) by default; switch to ex-VAT in the header if you buy for a business. Checkout and your invoice itemise the VAT.
• Import charges. Orders with goods worth more than £135 are imported as normal consignments: HMRC charges import VAT and any customs duty, and the carrier usually collects it, often with a handling fee, before delivery. You pay these on top of our price. Checkout warns you when your order is over the limit. The same applies to the Isle of Man.
• Returns. UK customers have the same returns window as everyone else, and faulty or misdescribed goods are always covered.

• Delivery time. Standard delivery to European addresses typically takes 9-23 days from order to door.
• Shipping cost. Each product's own shipping cost to Europe, shown at checkout before you pay. Big or heavy order? Ask for a freight quote.
• Prices in euros. Choose EUR in the currency picker in the header to see prices in euros. You pay exactly the euro amount shown, and checkout and your invoice itemise the VAT (21%).
• Import charges. EU orders are imported into the EU when they arrive, whatever their value: customs in your country charge import VAT and any customs duty, and the carrier usually collects them, often with a handling fee, before delivery. You pay these on top of our price, and checkout shows this notice on every EU order. Norway and Switzerland are outside the EU and apply their own import rules.
• Returns. You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, the same returns window as everyone else, and faulty or misdescribed goods are always covered.
