Who controls your data

www.compelgroup.co.uk (trading as Compel Group) is operated by SIA Behind, registered in Latvia under number 40203718836. We are the data controller for the personal data we handle. To reach us about privacy, email support@compelgroup.co.uk.

What we collect

  • Account details - your name, email and password when you create an account.
  • Order details - what you bought, your delivery and billing address, and contact details.
  • Payment details - card payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We never see or store your full card number.
  • Usage data - pages you view, what you click, device and approximate location, collected with our own first-party analytics to improve the store.

How we use it

We use your data to process and deliver orders, take payment, provide support, manage your account and Pro membership, send transactional emails (order, invoice and account messages), prevent fraud, meet our legal and tax obligations, and improve the site. We only send marketing email if you have opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar storage to keep your cart and session working, remember your preferences (such as currency), and measure how the store is used through our own first-party analytics. Essential cookies are needed for the site to function; you can block others in your browser, though some features may stop working.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the partners that help us run the store: our payment provider, shipping carriers, email and hosting providers. They process data on our behalf under contract and may be located outside your country, with appropriate safeguards in place. We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep order and invoice records for as long as the law requires (including tax and accounting rules), and other data only as long as we need it for the purposes above. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. Email support@compelgroup.co.uk and we will respond. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
