The terms you agree to when you browse and buy from Compel Group.
1. Who we are
www.compelgroup.co.uk is operated under the trading name Compel Group by SIA Behind, a company registered in Latvia (Sabiedrība ar ierobežotu atbildību (SIA)), registration number 40203718836, Komercreģistrs (Latvia). You can reach us at support@compelgroup.co.uk.
2. Orders and acceptance
When you place an order you make an offer to buy. Your order is accepted, and a contract formed, when we send confirmation that your items have been dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order - for example if an item is out of stock, mispriced, or we cannot verify payment - and will refund anything already paid.
3. Prices, VAT and payment
Prices are shown in USD by default and can be displayed in GBP or EUR using the currency picker; you are charged in the currency you select. VAT of 21% is added on top of prices where it applies and shown clearly at checkout and on your invoice. Payment is taken securely through Stripe at the time of purchase, except for approved Pro accounts using NET-30 terms. We do not store full card details.
4. Delivery
Shipping costs and estimated transit times are set out on our Delivery page. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and customs can add time on international orders. Risk passes to you on delivery.
5. Returns and refunds
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return on most unused items. Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned for change of mind. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are always covered. Full details are on our Returns page. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
6. Pro membership
Pro accounts are subject to approval and provide member pricing, priority handling and, where approved, NET-30 payment terms. Membership terms are described on the Compel Pro page.
7. Product information
We work hard to describe products accurately, but specifications, images and packaging can change. Minor variations do not entitle you to a refund unless the item is materially not as described. Always check that a product is suitable for your intended use, and follow the manufacturer's safety guidance.
8. Our liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by us breaking these terms, but we are not liable for business losses, or for loss that was not foreseeable. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia, and disputes are subject to the Latvian courts. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of the country where you live.
10. Changes to these terms
