Refractometer Brix 0 to 90% | ATC Handheld Optical | 0.5% Brix Division

This handheld optical refractometer measures the sugar concentration of a liquid on a 0 to 90% Brix scale, with automatic temperature compensation and a smallest scale division of 0.5% Brix. It needs no battery or power source: a few drops of sample go on the prism, and you read the result through the eyepiece against the light. It suits food, fruit, sauce, beverage and honey checks at the bench or in the kitchen.
