- What is this flux paste used for?
- It's made for BGA rework and PCB repair, like fixing phone motherboards. The 10cc syringe gives you controlled application on small pads and components. It also helps with reballing and general soldering or desoldering.
- Do I have to clean the residue after soldering?
- No, it's a no-clean formula, so you can skip cleanup. The leftover residue is transparent, non-tacky, and non-corrosive, so it won't harm sensitive boards. Store it at 15°C to 25°C and use within its 12-month shelf life.
- Does this flux work with lead-free solder?
- Yes. It's compatible with both tin-lead and lead-free alloys, with an activation range of 150°C to 250°C. The ROL0 classification means low halide content, under 0.5%.
