- How should I store this solder paste to keep it from going bad?
- You must store this paste in a refrigerator to maintain its quality and shelf life. Unopened tubes will last between 6 to 12 months when kept cold. Make sure to let it reach room temperature before you start soldering.
- What are the temperature limits and working times for this lead-free paste?
- This lead-free alloy requires a peak reflow temperature between 217 and 225 °C. Once applied, you have an eight-hour open window and a stencil life of four hours to complete your work.
