- This tester works with RJ45 and RJ11 connectors. It supports Cat 5e, Cat 6, and Cat 6a network cables. You can use it to test both Ethernet lines and standard telephone wiring.
- How long of a cable run can this device accurately measure?
- The tester measures cable lengths from 1 meter up to 300 meters. It delivers these distance readings with an accuracy of plus or minus 2 percent. This range easily covers most residential and commercial building installations.
