- The main difference is the output type, which determines how it switches. This NJK-5002C model is an NPN Normally Open (N.O.) type. This means the output is off by default and switches on when it detects a magnet.
- What's the sensing distance and what voltage does it run on?
- This proximity switch has a detection distance of 10mm for a standard magnet. It's built for low-voltage DC systems and works with a power supply anywhere from 5V to 30V DC.
- How do I wire up this NPN sensor?
