- No, it features a heavy-duty cast iron base weighing 1.2 kg to keep everything stable. The flexible arms use steel and ABS plastic, while the two alligator clips are nickel-plated steel. This sturdy construction ensures your work stays firmly in place without tipping.
- Does this soldering station come with the batteries or a power cord for the LED light?
- The package includes the workstation with the magnifier, light, clips, and stand. You will need to provide your own three AAA batteries or use a standard 5V USB connection. We do not include the batteries or power cable in the box.
- What is the size of the magnifying glass and how much does it magnify?
- The magnifier lens has a 90 mm diameter, which gives you a wide viewing area. It features two magnification levels, a primary 3X lens and a smaller 4.5X secondary lens for detail work. The adjustable arms can extend up to 250 mm for the magnifier and 200 mm for the clips.
