mmWave & Motion Sensor | Human Presence & Luminance | 5/110/220V Smart Home

This mmWave sensor uses radar to find people in a room. It works even when they are still. Unlike regular PIR sensors, it won't turn off lights by mistake if you're reading or watching TV. This makes your home automation smarter. Features and Benefits - Millimeter-Wave Radar Technology - It finds small movements like breathing. This stops the false triggers that older sensors often have. - Presence and Distance Reporting - It confirms if someone is there. It also estimates how far away they are. This allows for more specific automation routines. - Built-in Luminance Sensor - It measures the light in the room. You can set lights to turn on only when it's dark and someone is present. - Ceiling Mount Design - It covers a room from above. This gives the most accurate presence detection without blind spots. Applications - Smarter Living Room Lighting - Keep lights on as long as you're in the room. They turn off by themselves when the room is truly empty. - Bathroom Fan Automation - The exhaust fan runs for the whole shower. It turns off after you leave. No manual switching needed. - Energy-Saving Office - It turns on your monitor and desk lamp automatically when you sit down. It shuts everything off after you leave to save electricity. What It Is This is a smart home proximity sensor that detects human presence and luminance. It uses mmWave technology for accurate detection and can be powered by 220V. It offers both ZigBee and Wi-Fi connectivity for integration into smart home systems. The sensor has a 120° detection angle and a range of 7-10m. It is compatible with Tuya Smart Life. Key Uses & Applications This proximity sensor is ideal for automating lighting, heating, or security systems in smart homes. It can detect human presence to trigger lights when someone enters a room, or adjust heating based on occupancy. Its luminance detection feature allows for intelligent control of lighting levels. The 7-10m detection range makes it suitable for various room sizes. The 220V power option simplifies installation in many domestic settings. How to Choose When selecting a proximity sensor, consider the required detection range and angle. This product offers a 7-10m range and 120° angle. Check compatibility with your existing smart home system; this sensor works with Tuya Smart Life and offers ZigBee and Wi-Fi connectivity. Ensure the voltage matches your power supply; this model supports 220V. If you need to test a proximity sensor, you can typically observe its output change when an object, such as a hand, enters its detection field.
