Air Compressor Check Valve | Brass Inline | G1/8 to G3/4 Female Thread

This inline one-way check valve is a straight-through brass non-return valve for compressed air lines. It stops air flowing backwards, shuts off when back pressure rises above 0.005MPa and is rated to a maximum of 1.0MPa (10KG). Female threaded ends on both sides let it fit between pneumatic joints, with five thread sizes from G1/8 to G3/4. Features and benefits: - One-way flow: the valve prevents gas countercurrent, so air held downstream is not pushed back into the line - Cut-off starts when the countercurrent pressure is greater than 0.005MPa - Maximum pressure 1.0MPa (10KG), with an explosion-proof pressure of 22kg published by the supplier - Brass body described as anti-corrosion and wear-resistant, with fine workmanship and no burrs - Straight-through design with female thread on both ends, so it sits inline between threaded pneumatic joints - Five thread sizes in the options: CV-01 G1/8, CV-02 G1/4, CV-03 G3/8, CV-04 G1/2 and CV-06 G3/4 Applications: - Inline non-return protection on air compressor outlet and tank lines - Holding pressure in a branch line fitted with threaded pneumatic joints - Workshop and garage compressed air pipework - Pneumatic tool and cylinder supply lines that need one-way flow Note: Choose the thread size that matches your fittings and keep working pressure within the 1.0MPa (10KG) rating. Depressurise the line before fitting or removing the valve.
