Air Compressor Check Valve | Brass 3-Port | 20mm Male Thread | 6mm Bore

This brass 3-port air compressor check valve is a one-way replacement fitting that sits between the compressor pump, the air tank and the outgoing tube, letting air flow forward into the tank and holding it there. It has three male threaded connectors, a male thread diameter listed as 20 x 20mm and a 6mm internal diameter, and comes as a single valve. The three male threaded connectors are used for the tube connection, the air pressure tank and the compressor piston pump. A hex-shaped cover sits on one end, and the package pictures show a small brass compression nut and ferrule set alongside the valve. Features and benefits: - Brass body in a gold finish - a solid metal fitting for the pressure side of a compressor - Three male threaded ports - one each for the tube, the tank and the piston pump - Male thread diameter listed as 20 x 20mm - check it against your old valve before ordering - 6mm internal diameter - the published bore of the valve - One-way flow - helps keep tank pressure from leaking back towards the pump - Threaded ends - screw straight in when swapping an old or broken check valve - Compression nut and ferrule set shown in the package pictures Applications: - Replacing a worn or failed check valve on a piston air compressor - Workshop and garage compressor repair and spares - Rebuilding a compressor-to-tank connection - Home and school workshop air systems In the box: Per order: 1 x brass check valve with lock cylinder screw. Note: Isolate the compressor from power and release all tank pressure before removing the old valve. Measure the thread diameter and port layout of your existing valve, as the thread size must match. Use thread sealant suited to compressed air and do not exceed the pressure rating of your compressor. Colour may differ slightly from the photos and sizes may vary slightly by hand measurement.
