Taper Bushing | Oil-Impregnated Copper | 10mm to 20mm Bore

This 20mm inner diameter flanged self-lubricating bearing works without maintenance for shafts that turn or pivot. It's made from oil-impregnated powder metallurgy copper. This oilless flanged bushing releases lubricant as it operates. The stepped flange keeps it in place, handling both radial and light axial loads. Features and Benefits - Powder metallurgy construction - The sintered bronze material is porous. It holds lubricant within its structure for its entire service life. - Oil-impregnated - It lubricates itself as the shaft turns. This reduces friction and wear without needing manual greasing. - Stepped flange design - The flange gives a fixed surface for axial location. This prevents the bearing from being pushed through its housing. - High load capacity - The bronze material offers good strength. This makes this 20mm flanged bearing suitable for industrial machinery without maintenance. Applications - Industrial equipment - Use it in conveyor systems, linkages, and automated machinery. These are places where regular maintenance is difficult. - Automotive components - It fits well in pedal assemblies, shifters, and other parts that rotate at low speeds. - Prototyping - It's good for custom robotics and mechanisms. These need smooth, dependable pivot points.
