- Yes, this flux formula is fully compatible with both lead-free and leaded solder alloys. It works efficiently to reduce surface tension and remove oxides during your soldering work.
- Do I need to clean the residue off, and how should I store the syringe?
- You do not need to clean the board after soldering because the residue is non-tacky and non-conductive. To keep it fresh, store the syringe between 5 and 25 °C for a 12-month shelf life.
- Does this syringe of flux come with a dispensing tip?
- Yes, the package includes a dispensing needle tip with the 10g polypropylene syringe. This helps you apply the paste precisely onto small SMD and BGA components.
