What is this solder paste syringe best used for?
This syringe is designed for precision electronics work like BGA reballing and SMD assembly. It combines both solder alloy particles and no-clean flux in a single paste. You can use it for fine-pitch surface mount components and delicate board repairs.
How should I store this solder paste to keep it from drying out?
Keep the syringe in a cool, dry place to prevent the flux and solder from separating. For the longest shelf life, we recommend storing it in a refrigerator. An unopened tube typically lasts six to twelve months under these conditions.
Do I need to clean off the residue after soldering with this paste?
No, this is a no-clean formula that leaves behind very low, non-corrosive residue. The remaining flux is non-conductive, so you do not have to wash the board after reflow. It is compatible with standard soldering temperatures between 220 and 250 degrees Celsius.
