This combined filter, regulator, and lubricator source treatment unit conditions compressed air lines in pneumatic circuits. Fitted with 1/4 inch NPT ports and a sintered bronze copper filter element, it performs coalescing filtration to remove oil, water droplets, and airborne particulates. The built-in regulator controls downstream pressure, whilst the integrated oiler delivers lubrication to downstream air tools and cylinders to maintain reliable system operation. Selecting this unit requires confirming an operating requirement within the 2000 litres per minute flow capacity and an operating pressure limit of 10 bar. The unit features bracket mounting to secure it along compressed air pipework or adjacent to machinery. The housing incorporates a transparent polycarbonate bowl, which allows visual inspection of accumulated contaminants during system operation within 5°C to 60°C. This air source processor suits industrial compressed air drops, automated machinery, and dedicated pneumatic tool feeds.
