- How do I cure this solder mask ink and how long does it take?
- Apply the ink directly from the syringe onto your PCB. Shine a UV light with a wavelength of 365 to 405 nanometers on it for five to ten seconds. If you do not have a UV lamp, you can cure it in direct sunlight for 30 to 60 minutes.
- What are the temperature and electrical limits for this cured mask?
- Once fully cured, this mask withstands operating temperatures ranging from -40°C up to 120°C. It provides a high dielectric strength of over 10 kilovolts per millimeter. This ensures excellent electrical insulation and protects your PCB traces from short circuits.
- How should I store the leftover ink and how long will it last?
- Keep the syringes in a cool, dark place with temperatures between 10°C and 25°C. Unopened syringes have a shelf life of up to 12 months. Make sure to block all UV light during storage to prevent the liquid from hardening inside the tube.
