How do I cure this solder mask ink and how long does it take?
Apply the ink directly from the syringe onto your PCB. Shine a UV light with a wavelength of 365 to 405 nanometers on it for five to ten seconds. If you do not have a UV lamp, you can cure it in direct sunlight for 30 to 60 minutes.
What are the temperature and electrical limits for this cured mask?
Once fully cured, this mask withstands operating temperatures ranging from -40°C up to 120°C. It provides a high dielectric strength of over 10 kilovolts per millimeter. This ensures excellent electrical insulation and protects your PCB traces from short circuits.
How should I store the leftover ink and how long will it last?
Keep the syringes in a cool, dark place with temperatures between 10°C and 25°C. Unopened syringes have a shelf life of up to 12 months. Make sure to block all UV light during storage to prevent the liquid from hardening inside the tube.
