- Will these servos work with my standard RC receiver and radio system?
- Yes, they use a standard JR/Futaba compatible 3-pin connector. They plug right into most standard receivers and run on standard PWM signals. Just make sure your system supplies between 4.8V and 6.0V.
- What is the maximum rotation angle and torque these servos can handle?
- These servos rotate up to 180 degrees. At 4.8V, they provide about 1.2 kg-cm of stall torque. Keep your operating voltage between 4.8V and 6.0V to avoid damaging the motor.
- Are the gears inside these servos made of metal or plastic?
- These SG90 servos feature lightweight nylon gears. This design helps keep the total weight to just 9 grams per unit. They're perfect for small RC planes where saving weight is critical.
