- You get 50 black nylon hex standoffs plus matching Phillips screws and bolts. They cover M2, M2.5, M3, and M4 thread sizes in one assorted box. That gives you a stock of common mounting parts for several boards at once.

- They create an air gap and mounting point between a board and its case, or between stacked boards. People use them for motherboards, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and projects like drones or 3D printers. The male-female threading lets you stack multiple layers.

- Yes. They're molded from nylon, which is a non-conductive insulator, so they won't short out your board. Nylon also resists common chemicals and handles roughly -40C to +85C. That makes them a safer pick than metal standoffs in tight electronics.
