- What wire size and current can this KF301 terminal block handle?
- It accepts solid or stranded wire from 28 to 12 AWG (0.08 to 2.5 mm squared) with screw-clamp plates. It carries up to about 10A in low-voltage control circuits and is rated 300V AC/DC. Tighten screws to 0.5 to 0.6 Nm for a secure, gas-tight grip.
- Will the 5.0mm pitch fit my PCB, and can I combine pin counts?
- It uses a 5.0mm pitch with straight through-hole pins for standard PCB layouts. The spliceable plug-in body lets you join 2P, 3P, and 4P pieces into custom pole counts. So one part covers several configurations on your board.
- What is the housing and contact material?
- The housing is high-temperature PA66 polyamide rated UL94 V-0 for flame retardancy. Contacts are nickel-plated brass for low resistance and corrosion resistance. It works from -40C to +105C with a 2000V dielectric strength.
