- How do I install this tachometer on my engine?
- Installation is quick and easy thanks to the inductive pickup design. You simply wrap the 1.2-meter cable around your engine's spark plug wire. This means you do not have to splice into any direct electrical wiring.
- Will this meter work on my specific lawn mower or motorcycle?
- It is compatible with most small gasoline engines found in motorcycles, ATVs, mowers, and portable generators. The meter accurately tracks up to 20,000 RPM and records total operating hours.
- Can I replace the internal battery when it runs out?
- The internal CR2032 battery is sealed inside the housing and is not replaceable. This sealed design provides IP65 water resistance to protect your meter from rain and dust.
