- Will this chamfer bit fit my standard hand drill or do I need an angle grinder?
- This bit has an M14 thread, which spins directly onto standard angle grinders. You will need an M14 adapter if you want to use it with a regular rotary drill.
- Can I use this diamond cone bit to drill a brand new hole in my ceramic tiles?
- Do not use this conical bit to drill fresh holes from scratch. It is designed to expand existing holes, smooth out rough edges, and create clean 45-degree bevels in ceramic tile.
- Do I need to use water when grinding tile with this chamfer bit?
- We highly recommend using water cooling to keep the diamond grit from overheating. Running it wet extends the tool's life and prevents tile cracking. For the best results, keep your operating speed between 3000 and 6000 RPM.
