- Which aluminum profiles do these T-nuts fit?
- They're made for EU-series aluminum extrusion, including 1515, 2020, 3030, 4040, and 4545 profiles. Slot fit covers 6mm, 8mm, and 10mm depending on the profile series. Match the nut to your profile's slot width and you're set.
- How do hammer head T-nuts go into the slot?
- The hammer head design drops into the profile slot and locks with a quarter turn, no rotation tool needed. You don't have to thread them in from the end of the rail. That makes them quick to add and reposition during assembly.
- What thread sizes and pack counts are available?
- Thread options run M3, M4, M5, M6, and M8 to match different bolt diameters. You can buy them in bulk from 10 up to 100 pieces. Pick a smaller pack for repairs or the larger count for a full frame build.
