- These rods come in M3, M4, M5, M6, M8, and M10 diameters. Lengths run from 16mm up to 500mm, and custom cuts are offered. Pick the diameter your nuts and tapped holes use, then the length your project needs.
- Will 304 stainless hold up outdoors or near saltwater?
- Yes. The 304 stainless resists rust well, so these suit outdoor, marine, plumbing, and HVAC repairs. The finish is plain uncoated stainless with about 500 MPa tensile strength. For heavy chloride exposure, 316 stainless would resist corrosion even better.
- What are these threaded rods typically used for?
- They're full-thread studs for fabrication, machinery assembly, and structural framing. Because they're threaded end to end, you can place nuts anywhere for custom spacers, standoffs, or mounting points. They follow the DIN 975 dimensional standard.
