- They're Grade 304 stainless steel, which resists rust and corrosion well. The leaf is 1.5mm thick with a 6.35mm pin, in a continuous full-length design. That construction spreads weight evenly and holds up in damp or demanding spots like garages.
- What lengths are available and how much weight do they hold?
- You can choose 6, 8, 10, 12, 16, or 20 inch lengths, sold in a 2-piece set. The hinge is 1.5in wide and rated up to roughly 50 lbs each. Pick a length that matches your door or panel for even support.
- Are these ready to mount out of the box?
- Yes. They come with pre-drilled, countersunk holes about 4mm across, so screws sit flush. Just line the hinge along your door edge and fasten with standard hardware. The continuous design prevents sagging once installed.
