This scanner works with any car or truck that is fully OBD2 compliant. The device supports standard diagnostic protocols including ISO15765-4 CAN, ISO14230-4 KWP2000, ISO9141-2, and J1850. You simply plug the built-in cable directly into your vehicle's OBD-II port to start.
Do I have to pay monthly fees to keep using this scanner?
No, this is a one-time purchase with absolutely no ongoing subscription fees. You get full access to all factory diagnostic features straight out of the box. Even the necessary software updates are completely free for the lifetime of the tool.
How do I power this code reader and do I need batteries?
