Questions about this product

How much faster is this than my old 2.5-inch SATA SSD?
This drive uses the PCIe 3.0x4 NVMe interface, which is several times faster than a traditional SATA SSD. You'll notice a big difference with much quicker system boot times and faster loading for applications and files.
What kind of slot do I need on my motherboard to install this?
You need an M.2 slot that supports the 2280 size (22mm by 80mm) and NVMe (PCIe) drives. This is usually labelled as an 'M Key' slot. It's best to check your motherboard manual to confirm compatibility before you buy.
Is the 512GB version enough for a main drive in a work laptop?
A 512GB drive is a great choice for a primary drive in a general-purpose laptop. It provides ample space for your operating system, software, and a large number of documents. If you work with very large files like video, you might consider the 1TB version.
