- Yes, it's compatible with both. You can use it to test 18650 lithium-ion cells, lead-acid motorcycle batteries, and standard car batteries. It even lets you check capacitor health.
- What are the maximum voltage and resistance ranges this meter can handle?
- This meter measures DC voltage up to 100.00 V. For internal resistance, the measurement range spans from 0.001 mΩ to 200 Ω. Don't exceed these limits to avoid damaging the circuitry.
- How does this tester measure battery health, and what does it actually show?
- The device uses an AC 4-wire method at a 1 kHz frequency to measure internal resistance. It displays resistance down to 0.001 mΩ and voltage down to 0.001 V. These readings show you if your battery is still healthy.
