All major cards
Credit and debit cards, processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
USD, GBP or EUR
Shop and pay in the currency you pick in the header. The price you see is the price you are charged.
VAT shown before you pay
Where VAT applies it is added at checkout and itemized clearly. Your VAT invoice arrives by email automatically.
Paying by card
Enter your card at checkout, whether you're checking out as a guest or signed in. All payments are processed by Stripe, so every major credit and debit card works. Your card details go straight to Stripe over an encrypted connection; they never touch our servers and we never store them.
Currencies
The store works in USD, GBP and EUR. Use the currency picker in the header to switch, and every price on the site, including the checkout total, follows. You're charged in the currency you picked, so your bank has nothing extra to convert.
VAT and invoices
Where VAT applies, it's added at 21% on top of the product prices and shown as its own line at checkout, before you pay. Nothing is hidden in the price.
Once your order is paid, a VAT invoice is emailed to you automatically. You can also open and download it from the order at any time. Questions about an invoice go to billing@compelgroup.co.uk.
NET-30 terms for Pro accounts
Businesses on Compel Pro can qualify for NET-30 terms: receive the order now, pay the invoice within 30 days. Credit unlocks after a few paid orders, once our team enables it on the account, and the limit grows with your order history.

Common questions
What payment methods do you accept?
You pay by card at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe, which handles all major credit and debit cards. Approved Compel Pro business accounts can also order on NET-30 payment terms.
Which currencies can I pay in?
USD, GBP or EUR. Pick your currency in the header and the whole store, including checkout, switches to it. You are charged in the currency you chose, so there are no surprise conversion fees from us.
Is VAT included in the prices?
VAT is added at 21% on top at checkout where it applies, and the full breakdown is shown before you pay. A VAT invoice is emailed automatically once the order is paid.
Is it safe to pay on your site?
Yes. Card payments run through Stripe, a certified PCI Level 1 payment processor. Your full card number never touches our servers and we never store it.
What is NET-30 and how do I get it?
NET-30 lets approved business accounts receive an order now and pay the invoice within 30 days. It unlocks for Compel Pro members after a few paid orders, once our team enables credit on the account.
