How does Subscribe & Save work?
Subscribe & Save is an easy way to set up repeat deliveries of the items you buy regularly and save on every order. On your first Subscribe & Save order you'll save up to 20% (terms apply). After that, you'll save 5% on eligible items on every future order. To start, add items to your cart, choose Subscribe & Save at checkout, and pick how often you'd like them delivered. We'll email you before each order ships, and you can manage everything from your account.
How do I choose a delivery frequency?
Pick the frequency that matches how quickly you go through an item - weekly, monthly, quarterly, and so on. You can change the frequency anytime from Manage Subscriptions; updating it won't change the date of your next scheduled order.
How do I add or remove items?
To add an item, open its product page and choose Add to Subscription. To remove one, go to Manage Subscriptions, find the item, and select Remove. If you have more than one subscription, you'll be asked which to update.
How do I reschedule or skip an order?
Go to Manage Subscriptions and choose the order you'd like to change. You can skip an upcoming shipment, order early, change the frequency, or move your next order date - up to 48 hours before it's scheduled to process.
How do I cancel?
Go to Manage Subscriptions, select the subscription, and choose Cancel. That stops all future shipments for that subscription. There are no fees and no commitment.
