Can I use this dryer with nylon, ABS, and PETG filaments?
Yes, this dry box works with standard 1kg spools of PLA, ABS, PETG, and nylon. The adjustable temperature range easily accommodates these different material requirements.
What is the maximum spool size that fits inside this dryer?
It holds one standard spool up to 200 mm in diameter and 70 mm in width. Your spool needs a core hub diameter between 50 and 55 mm to fit properly on the holder.
How hot does this drying box get and how does it remove moisture?
The built-in PTC heater reaches adjustable temperatures between 40°C and 60°C. It uses active heating cycles alongside an integrated desiccant tray to remove moisture from your filament.
