- You get the main exhaust hanger pliers equipped with a spring-loaded, double-pivot joint. The kit also includes three interchangeable rubber gasket puller heads to handle different job sizes.
- What size rubber hangers can these pliers actually grip and remove?
- These pliers work on rubber gasket pullers ranging from 10mm to 50mm in diameter. They can safely handle a maximum exhaust hanger diameter of 35mm. The jaw itself has a 25mm width and a 40mm depth to ensure a secure grip.
- Can I use these pliers on a hot exhaust system right after driving?
- You don't have to wait for the vehicle to cool down completely. The silicone rubber handles safely withstand temperatures up to 250 °C. Just keep in mind that the maximum gripping force is 500 Newtons.
