Questions about this product

Will this relay kit work on my 24V commercial truck, and do I need different pins?: Yes, it works with both 12V and 24V systems. You can use the 4-pin version for simple on/off switching. Use the 5-pin version if your circuit requires a changeover setup. Both options fit the same pre-wired harness socket.
Can I mount this relay in an exposed engine bay or under a muddy off-road vehicle?: Yes, you can mount it in exposed areas. The housing has an IP67 waterproof rating to block out mud, water, and dust. It also handles extreme temperatures from -40°C up to +85°C without failing.
What is the maximum power load this relay can safely handle for my accessories?: This relay handles a maximum continuous current of 40 amps. That capacity is perfect for high-draw gear like auxiliary light bars, bilge pumps, and small compressors. The copper terminals prevent overheating and voltage drops under these heavy loads.
